You can activate this device by going to the Store and purchasing a genuine copy of Windows. We weren't able to activate Windows on this device. Since Microsoft never sent me the product key, I cannot enter the product key to see if that will resolve the issue. I assume I need to enter the Windows 10 product key, but I don't have it.
